Our in-house production batch style powder coating services provide products with both a decorative and protective finish that meets our clients' high expectations for quality. We can apply a variety of coatings, including enamel, plastic, and thick film to a broad array of substrate materials, such as aluminum, glass, stainless steel, and other metals. Our powder coating services equip products with a number of useful features, ranging from abrasion resistance to thermal protection and color additive capabilities. All powder coated products undergo a pre-coating preparation, such as immersion or spray washing and ultrasonic cleaning, before our high-quality finishes are applied. We offer 40X50X60 inch pre-wash bath capacities. In addition, our ovens can operate on parts measuring up to 8X8X6 feet in dimension.
